Training of NDT personnel, increasing his skills as well as credibility gathers special meaning in reference to the European Union law, which statements are contained in:

  • the directives of New Attitude, especially refering to pressure tank
        Directive 87/404/EEC and pressure devices Directive 97/23/EC

  • EN ISO/IEC 17025 standard that defines
        „General requirements concern competence of research and modeling laboratories”

  • series of standards EN 729 - for welding and for institutions using welding

  • series of standards EN 18800 contain assuring quality of produced steel constructions
        and many others



    These documents give clear requirement - NDT personnel must have documented qualifications and must be certified according to standard:

    EN 473:2000 - „Non-destructive examinations. The qualification and certification of NDT personnel. General principles.”

    TÜV Akademia Polska together with SLV in Halle (Germany) organizes level 1,2 and 3 trainings. These trainings fulfills requirements of EN 473 standard as well as Directive of Pressure Tanks 97/23/EC in following methods of examinations:

    Participation in these trainings provides:

  • settlement of possessed and gaining new informations in domain of industrial NDT
        examinations realized in different industrial sectors and products

  • confronting possessed knowledge, practical skills and exchanging of experience
        with instructors and other members of trainings

  • confirmation of possessed qualifications and gaining documents respected in Poland
        and in all countries of European Union as well as in some countries of
        North Africa     - through passing the exams in front of examiner of
        independent and reputable certificating unit TÜV CERT.


    TÜV Akademia Polska has realized already for 8 years trainings of NDT personnel. We are still trying to increase our training offer. It is possible thanks to your co-operation and signaling your needs in domain of increasing qualifications and skills of NDT personnel which is dealing with more and more larger requirements in domain of used knowledge as well as practical realization of non-destructive examinations.


    We are organizing following forms of trainings:

  • open trainings:level 1 and 2
    designed for individual persons delegated by companies and work institutions; lectures are performed in air-conditioned multimedia hall, however practical occupations are performed in special hall, professionally equipped with research positions; during training, we are assuring coffee service, dinner as well as supper in form of cold plate.

    Group size (level 1): 6-12 persons

    Group size (level 2): 12-16 persons


    level 3
    they are realized in famous conference centers in Poland with high standard (full hotel-gastronomy support); members are quartered in single rooms which give comfortable conditions for studying; during training we are assuring coffee service and full feeding.

    Group size (BASIC): minimum 12 persons

    Group size ( main methods): minimum 8 persons


  • closed trainings: they are realized for customer who reported greater number of people
    in single method; we are trying to fulfil customer needs through individual approach to each customer for example: related to the profile of production; additional advantage for customer is lack of costs related to delegating workers as well as possibility of discount

    Group size: minimum 10 persons


  • module trainings:  designed for persons that for example need preparation for recertification or for engineers welders in domain of valuation of radiograms


    Training occupations are performed by experienced national personnel as well as together with German experts from SVL Halle that have long-term experience on European field of non-destructive examinations.

    Thanks to that members have possibility of gaining essential knowledge as well as practical skills that provide fulfiling different requirements of non-destructive examinations on European field of research services.

    Qualifying exams are performed by certification unit
    TÜV CERT – Certificating Unit of NDT Personnel which is part of TÜV Rheinland Group    .
