PAK SERWIS

Repair enterprise PAK SERWIS employs about 150 welders. 49 of them have authority given by OFFICE OF TECHNICAL INSPECTION according to DT-S/94 and PN-EN 287-1. 20 welders have authority that fulfill requirements of 97/23/WE directive. Our welding inspectors finished courses of "inspector of welding" and were certificated according to PN-EN 473:2002. It authorizes them to performing examinations with usage of non destructive methods according to requirements of 97/23/WE directive.
We have approval given by Office of Technical Inspection refers to performing trainings and organizing welders examination according to PN-EN 287-1 and conditions of Office of Technical Inspection.

We are offering welding in a domain of performance, installation and repairs of following devices:

• Manual welding with usage of coated electrodes (111): carbon steals, low-alloyed steals, high-alloyed, ferritic, austenitic, martensitic steals. Thickness range equals 5-100 mm.
• Half-automatic welding with usage of consumable electrodes in gas shielding (135,136): carbon steals, low-alloyed steals. Thickness range equals 4-150 mm.
• Welding with usage of nonconsumable electrodes in gas (neutral) shielding (141): carbon steals, low-alloyed steals, high-alloyed, ferritic, austenitic, martensitic steals. Thickness range equals 2-8 mm.
• Oxy-acetylene welding (311): carbon steals, low-alloyed steals. Thickness range equals 2-8 mm.
• Welding with usage of complex method: weld penetration using nonconsumable electrode (141), arched filling using coated electrode (111): carbon steals, low-alloyed steals, high-alloyed, ferritic, austenitic, martensitic steals. Thickness range equals 5-100 mm.

Enterprise has own Laboratory of Non Destructive Testing which has level II authority given by Central Laboratory of Technical Inspection that confirms fulfilling requirements of PN-EN 17025: 2001 standard.
Personnel working in a laboratory have certificates accordant to PN-EN 473 : 2002.
